7.⁠ ⁠NO REFUND AND WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
The Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1% Course is a digital product with immediate access.
By purchasing, the User expressly waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with:
Article 59, paragraph 1, letter (o) of the EU Consumer Code (Directive 2011/83/EU), and
the Digital Content Directive (EU) 2019/770.
Therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be granted once access has been provided — for any reason, including but not limited to:
change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction;
lack of time or motivation;
failure to access due to personal technical issues or internet connection;
non-participation or incomplete use of the program.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
 8.⁠ ⁠CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Filing a dispute or chargeback with PayPal, Stripe, or your financial institution without first contacting the Company constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:
suspend or terminate the User’s access immediately;
submit evidence of access logs and this Agreement to the payment processor;
pursue legal recovery and damage claims, including administrative and legal costs;
permanently restrict the User from accessing future Company products.

 9.⁠ ⁠CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Technical and administrative support is available via email at the address above.
The Company is not obliged to provide personal coaching, consulting, or one-on-one assistance beyond what is included in the purchased product.
10.⁠ ⁠LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
any loss of profits, data, or opportunities,
or any claims arising from participation in the Course.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any liability, claim, or expense arising from the misuse of the materials or violation of these Terms.
11.⁠ ⁠GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable to the Dubai Free Zone jurisdiction.
Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
The Company retains the right to initiate proceedings in the User’s jurisdiction if necessary to enforce its rights.
12.⁠ ⁠MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
The updated version will be posted on the official website and will take immediate effect upon publication.

 7.⁠ ⁠RINUNCIA AL DIRITTO DI RECESSO
Il corso Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1% è un contenuto digitale ad accesso immediato, erogato su supporto non materiale.
Con la conferma del pagamento, l’Utente riconosce e accetta di rinunciare espressamente al diritto di recesso, ai sensi dell’art. 59, comma 1, lett. o) del Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005), e delle Direttive UE sui contenuti digitali (2019/770).
Pertanto, nessun rimborso, annullamento o reso sarà concesso dopo l’accesso al materiale, per qualsiasi motivo, inclusi:
mancanza di tempo o motivazione,
cambio idea o insoddisfazione soggettiva,
mancata connessione internet o problemi tecnici non imputabili alla Società,
mancato utilizzo volontario del corso.
 8.⁠ ⁠CONTESTAZIONI E CHARGEBACK
Eventuali contestazioni, chargeback o dispute aperte presso fornitori di pagamento (PayPal, Stripe, istituti bancari) senza preventiva comunicazione scritta alla Società saranno considerate violazioni contrattuali.
In tali casi, la Società si riserva il diritto di:
sospendere immediatamente l’accesso ai contenuti;
intraprendere azioni legali per recupero crediti e danni d’immagine;
comunicare alle piattaforme di pagamento la natura fraudolenta del reclamo.

 9.⁠ ⁠ASSISTENZA CLIENTI
Il servizio clienti è disponibile per fornire supporto tecnico o informativo.
La Società non è tenuta a fornire consulenze personalizzate, coaching individuale o supporto continuativo oltre quanto previsto nel programma acquistato.
10.⁠ ⁠LEGGE APPLICABILE E FORO COMPETENTE
Il presente contratto è disciplinato dalla legge degli Emirati Arabi Uniti, in conformità alla sede legale della Società.
Per qualsiasi controversia, il foro competente sarà esclusivamente quello di Dubai (EAU).
La Società si riserva tuttavia la facoltà di perseguire l’Utente anche presso il foro di residenza, qualora ritenuto più opportuno per la tutela dei propri diritti.
11.⁠ ⁠AGGIORNAMENTI E MODIFICHE
La Società potrà modificare i presenti Termini e Condizioni in qualsiasi momento, pubblicando la versione aggiornata sul sito.
Le modifiche avranno effetto immediato dalla pubblicazione.
