These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of the digital course “Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1%” (hereinafter “the Course”), provided by:

(hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “the Provider”).
By purchasing or accessing the Course, the User (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the Refund Policy.
1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of a digital educational product, namely the Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1% program.
The Course consists of pre-recorded video lessons, workbooks, exercises, and supporting materials, all delivered digitally via online platform(s) or private channels (e.g., Telegram group or member area).
Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment.
2. ACCESS AND DURATION
After the payment is confirmed, the User will receive an email containing the access link and/or login credentials.
Access to the Course will remain valid for six (6) months from the activation date.
Access is personal, individual, and non-transferable.
Sharing login credentials, duplicating content, or granting third-party access is strictly prohibited.
In case of unauthorized use, the Company reserves the right to revoke access immediately without any refund.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Course materials — including videos, texts, graphics, slides, audio, designs, PDFs, and branding elements — are the exclusive property of Carlotta Mondelli International FZCO and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
The User may not reproduce, copy, sell, distribute, or make any part of the Course available to others.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to civil and criminal legal action.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and may be modified at any time at the Company’s sole discretion.
Payment is required in full and upfront through approved payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or credit card.
Access to the Course will be activated only after successful payment.
Once payment is processed, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.
5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
The Course is designed solely for educational and personal development purposes.
It does not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding personal, financial, or professional results.
The User acknowledges that:
Results vary depending on individual commitment, mindset, and consistency.
The Course is not a substitute for professional therapy or financial consultancy.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or consequence resulting from the application (or non-application) of the Course content.
No testimonial or marketing material constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes.
By purchasing, the User assumes full responsibility for their own progress and decisions.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By enrolling, the User declares to:
Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
Use the Course solely for personal purposes.
Accept that results depend entirely on their own implementation and actions.
The User agrees not to misuse the materials or the community space, nor to make defamatory or harmful statements about the Company, its representatives, or other participants.

I presenti Termini e Condizioni regolano l’acquisto e l’utilizzo del corso digitale denominato “Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1%”, venduto e gestito da:

(di seguito denominata “la Società” o “il Fornitore”).
Effettuando un acquisto sul presente sito, l’Utente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato integralmente i seguenti Termini e Condizioni, nonché la Refund Policy riportata di seguito.
1. OGGETTO DEL CONTRATTO
Il contratto ha per oggetto l’erogazione di un percorso formativo digitale denominato Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1%, composto da video-lezioni registrate, materiali di supporto ed esercizi pratici, fruibili tramite piattaforma online o canali privati (es. Telegram o area riservata).
L’acquisto del prodotto comporta l’accesso immediato ai materiali digitali.
2. ACCESSO E DURATA
Una volta completato il pagamento, l’Utente riceverà via email le credenziali e/o le istruzioni per accedere al corso.
L’accesso resterà valido per 6 mesi dalla data di attivazione.
L’accesso è strettamente personale, non trasferibile e non cedibile a terzi.
In caso di condivisione non autorizzata, accessi multipli da dispositivi differenti o utilizzo improprio, la Società potrà revocare immediatamente l’accesso senza alcun rimborso.
3. DIRITTI D’AUTORE E PROPRIETÀ INTELLETTUALE
Tutti i contenuti del corso (testi, grafiche, video, slide, PDF, audio, documenti, loghi, marchi e materiali formativi) sono di esclusiva proprietà di Carlotta Mondelli International FZCO e sono protetti dalle leggi internazionali sul diritto d’autore.
È vietata qualsiasi forma di copia, distribuzione, vendita, condivisione o utilizzo improprio dei materiali.
Ogni violazione sarà perseguita civilmente e penalmente secondo le normative internazionali vigenti.
4. PREZZO E MODALITÀ DI PAGAMENTO
Il prezzo del corso è indicato in euro e può essere modificato in qualsiasi momento a discrezione della Società.
Il pagamento deve essere effettuato anticipatamente tramite le piattaforme di pagamento disponibili (Stripe, PayPal, carta di credito o altri metodi elettronici).
Una volta confermato il pagamento, non sono previste cancellazioni o rimborsi.
5. ESCLUSIONE DI RESPONSABILITÀ
Il corso Routine Magnetica – Metodo 1% ha finalità esclusivamente formative e di crescita personale.
La Società non fornisce garanzie di risultato economico, personale o professionale, e l’Utente riconosce che ogni risultato dipende esclusivamente dal proprio impegno, costanza e applicazione delle strategie apprese.
L’Utente accetta espressamente che:
Il corso non sostituisce percorsi medici, psicologici o terapeutici.
I risultati non sono garantiti né promessi.
La Società non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per eventuali danni diretti, indiretti, materiali o immateriali derivanti dall’uso o dal mancato uso dei contenuti del corso.
Nessun consiglio, contenuto o informazione fornita durante il corso costituisce una garanzia di successo personale, professionale o economico.
6. RESPONSABILITÀ DELL’UTENTE
Con l’acquisto, l’Utente dichiara di:
avere almeno 18 anni e piena capacità di intendere e di volere;
essere consapevole che l’utilizzo dei materiali avviene sotto la propria esclusiva responsabilità;
comprendere che la trasformazione personale o i risultati non dipendono dal corso, ma dall’applicazione autonoma dei principi insegnati.
La Società non risponde di eventuali decisioni prese dall’Utente sulla base delle informazioni contenute nel corso.
